Hampel Oil Scholarship

Corley Becker of Seneca has been awarded the GoBob Pipe and Steel Cattlemen’s $1,000 Scholarship through the Kansas Livestock Foundation (KLF). Becker will be a junior at Kansas State University and is the daughter of Dean and Diane Becker. Funding for this scholarship was generated through the purchase of GoBob products by KLA members, plus proceeds from the auction of a GoBob Scientific Hay Feeder and Hay Maximizer during the KLA Convention last December. GoBob is a distributor of farming supplies, such as steel pipe and gates, corral and fencing materials and heavy-duty equipment.
Two students were awarded Hampel Oil $1,000 Scholarships through KLF. Chancy Johnson from White City will be a junior at K-State. She is the daughter of Chad and Janon Johnson. Anna Westerman of Yates Center will be a junior at Fort Hays State University and is the daughter of Matt and Kayla Westerman. These scholarships were made possible by a donation to KLF by Hampel Oil, a family-operated business with six locations in Kansas.
